There could be one or more of several reasons for an application to be rejected/declined:
- TradeKey was unable to confirm the validity of the credentials provided.
- Member is involved in fraudulent activities
- Member fails to abide by TradeKey Terms of Use
- Membership upgrade document requirements were not met
- Member is not a real, established business
