 What can I do if I receive non-confirmed goods from supplier?

If you have made the payment for your product(s) but have faced one of the following problems:


1. Goods are not genuine, even after paying for genuine items

2. Quality or Quantity of the goods is not up to your standard/requirements

3. Goods contain defective items

4. Goods are not what you ordered at all, etc.


This means that you have been a victim of a fraudulent activity. In this case, you will need to Report Fraud against the suspected company at their TradeKey.com profile page. Simply click the “Report Fraud” link on the seller’s profile.


Also do provide any & all emails exchanged with the seller, along with the copy of the payment receipt that you sent them. Our FraudWatch Department will investigate the case and take action against the seller.
