If you
have made the payment for your product, but have not received the goods because
of the following reasons:
1. Seller is
not responding to your emails after you pay them
2. Seller is
stalling for time and constantly providing excuses
3. Seller
says that the products were delivered to another address
4. Seller
demands to buy more products to ship out the complete order etc.
This
means that you have been a victim of a fraudulent activity. In this case, you
will need to Report Fraud against the suspected company at their
TradeKey.com profile page. Simply click the “Report Fraud” link on the seller’s
profile.
Also do
provide any & all emails exchanged with the seller, along with the copy of
the payment receipt that you sent them. Our FraudWatch Department will
investigate the case and take action against the seller.
