How do I know if a seller is genuine or if they have received complaints?
To find out if a particular seller is genuine (especially for branded items) please do confirm from them that the items are in fact genuine. If they claim they are, then they should be able to provide you with a Certificate of Authenticity or Distributor’s License.
If you wish to know more about certain companies, you can always email the Feedback Department at
. The Feedback Department monitors all feedbacks provided by buyers and will be in a better position to provide you with more information.
