Answer

You are unable to login with your User ID and Password because you have not yet activated your account at TradeKey.com.

When you register your company at TradeKey.com, you have to activate your account by clicking on a link which is sent to you to your email Inbox. Once you click on that link, your account gets activated. This is just a one time activity to verify the authenticity and to help us prevent fraud and spam.

The activation email might have reached your Junk Mail folder instead of the Inbox. Please check again and confirm.
