Using your virtual office to contact suppliers

Some suppliers list their contact details on the website, but others prefer to be contacted through only.

No matter how the supplier wants to be contacted, managing the relationship is simple.

When you see a supplier that you are interested in, simply click on one of the three options:

-         Send Email: sends Email using an online form.  This is a free service.

-         Send Fax: sends a Fax using an online form.  The costs for this are here.

-         Add to Basket: adds the supplier to your basket so that you can compare suppliers at a later stage.

Use your Inquiry Basket to contact many suppliers at once

You can store information about companies and products in your Inquiry Basket from four different sources: Sell Offers, Buy Offers, Companies and Products.

To contact more than one supplier, simply tick next to their name and click on Send Fax or Send Email.

Use the import text feature to save time

You can import the body of your message from Buy or Sell Offers that you have posted.
